Shushh Sound Reducing Ultrasonic Cleaner Enclosure (Acoustic box)

If your ultrasonic is producting excessive noise you do not have to put up with it anymore.  The Shushh ultrasonic enclosures can reduce ultrasonic noise by up to 90%. 

Your ultrasonic cleaner may be causing hearing damage to those who are near it for extended periods. Frequencies from ultrasonic cleaners have a detrimental effect on hearing- for the very same reason they clean things so well. You may not even be able to hear the frequencies that are doing the damage.

The Shushh acoustic enclosure is an excellent, cost effective solution for noisey units especially for those with cheaper, ultrasonic baths or those with smaller practices where small spaces make the issue worse. It provides an acoustic barrier so effective you may not even notice how bad the frequencies boucing around your practice have become until you have one installed.

Available in different models depending on your ultrasonic size, all units come with:

- A thermostat controlled exhaust fan which removes the warm humid air away from the ultrasonic unit itself.

- A digital display that shows temperature and humidity inside the unit and the exahust operation. (Care should be taken to ensure fan is on at times where a cycle is in progress)

- A smooth inner casing allows easy cleaning  and disinfecting when needed and the ployethylene material is chemical and heat resistant .

- A drainage hole / plug allows hoses to be run through to waste as required or for containing any accidental spills.

- Uses your current ultrasonic unit and include a sound proof gland that allows a power cable to safely be fed through the enclosure.

- External dimensions for the 3L model shown 390mm wide, 370mm high & 320mm deep

- Internal measurements 340mm wide, 290mm high & 270mm deep.
